I'm going to take the new ejector out of the Gen4 trigger housing and put it into a Gen3 trigger housing to use in my G27. I own a Gen3 which has the same problem and I'm waiting until the Gen4 trigger housings sold by online retailers have the new ejector, currently all of the retailers still have the one with the old ejector. I'm in the same boat as you, us Gen3 owners have to fix our own guns.

As a result I tended to stick with the two pistols that worked and kept procrastinating on fixing the newest one. Quick backstory, had a Gen 2 and Gen 3 that worked flawlwessly, went ahead and picked up a second Gen 3, unfortunately this was within that period where they had all kinds of ejection problems.
